*Important Notice: Returns Policy for Imported Products*

– Please note that all sales of imported products sold through our online store and beauty shop are final and non-returnable. This is because we cannot accept open boxes, as they cannot be resold again as new.

– We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original sealed packaging. if the product is returned unopened, in its original box and packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

– Products must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
– Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website or studio.
– To initiate a return, contact us at CustomerService@niabeauty.cs with your order number and reason for return.
